PTP-PPHC is a polypropylene honeycomb core sheet, which is made up of cylindrical tube straws bonded into a close packed hexagonal matrix, producing a high bulk density core material manufactured in a proprietary process. PTP-PPHC sheet, which could be used as bricks for water jet processing, is cheaper and more light weighted compared with standard bricks and it’s widely used all over the world. Just put the material sheet on top of the PP honeycomb core, when the water jet machine works, the high-pressured water cuts the metal and then the water flow passes through the honeycomb holes, this is very helpful to the cutter. The design of PTP-PPHC sheet the gives an even flat cutting surface and works well with abrasive and straight Water jet cutting.
